They do not govern the delivery of any software development project, service engagement, or contract — those relationships are governed exclusively by the separate signed quotation, proposal, or service agreement between you and us, which takes precedence over anything discussed with LoftClaw or found on this Site.

- LoftClaw does not provide pricing, quotations, or binding commitments of any kind. Any figures, timelines, or scope details are only finalized through a formal quotation issued by our team.
- While we aim for LoftClaw's responses to be accurate and helpful, information provided by LoftClaw is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for direct confirmation from our team, especially for anything related to pricing, contracts, timelines, or legal/technical decisions.
- Conversations with LoftClaw may be reviewed by our team and, where you've shared contact details, may be used to follow up with you regarding your inquiry — see our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is handled.
Third-Party Platforms
If you interact with LoftClaw through Telegram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which are outside our control.
