Data Deletion Instructions

If you've contacted us through our website, LoftClaw AI assistant, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, and would like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to inquiries@theloftitsolutions.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including:
- Your full name
- The email address, phone number, or messaging platform (Messenger, WhatsApp, or Telegram username) you used to contact us
- Confirmation that you'd like your information deleted from our systems
What Happens Next
We will locate and delete the personal information associated with your request — including lead records, chat conversation history, and contact details — within 30 days of receiving your request. We'll send you a confirmation email once this has been completed.
Information We May Retain
Some information cannot be deleted immediately if you are a current or former client with an active project, invoice, or financial record. In these cases, we retain the minimum information required to comply with Philippine accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations, and will delete it once that retention period lawfully ends. We'll let you know if this applies to your request.
