- Contact and quote requests: name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details submitted through our contact form, quote request form, or in conversation with LoftClaw.
- Chat conversations: messages you send to LoftClaw through our website widget, Telegram, Messenger, or WhatsApp, and LoftClaw's replies. Depending on how the conversation goes, LoftClaw may extract and save contact details and project information you've shared as a lead record in our internal systems, so our team can follow up.
- Client Portal data: if you become a client, we maintain project details, invoices, messages, and related records within our client portal.
- Website usage data: general analytics such as page views and interactions, used to understand how our site is used and to improve it. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

- AI processing: messages sent to LoftClaw are processed using a self-hosted AI gateway, which routes requests to third-party AI model providers (such as Z.ai, OpenRouter, Groq, and Google) to generate responses. These providers process the conversation text needed to generate a reply.
- Messaging platforms: if you contact LoftClaw via Telegram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, those platforms (Telegram and Meta respectively) process the message delivery between you and us, under their own respective privacy policies.
- Email and SMS delivery: service providers we use to send email and SMS notifications related to your inquiry or project.
- Hosting and infrastructure: our systems are hosted on cloud infrastructure providers who store data on our behalf, under appropriate security safeguards.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. Client project records are generally retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.

Our website chat widget uses your browser's session storage to remember your conversation session with LoftClaw. This is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with advertisers — it exists solely so LoftClaw can maintain context during your conversation.
